Our Mission
The mission of Teachers Elevate Teachers is to secure donations for National Board Certification tuition for teachers of color in order to decrease the disproportionate number of teachers of color who attempt and earn National Board Certification.

In the spirit of inclusion, we will feature and support all teachers for individual donations. In addition, all teachers are eligible for funding as outlined in our vision.
Our Vision
Our vision includes securing grants to provide tuition assistance and mentorship during the National Board Certification process.
​
When we write, seek, and secure grants, we will also award the NBC tuition assistance at a ratio of 4:1 in favor of teachers of color in an effort to decrease the historic disparity between the two groups.
